In order for Westgate Village to consider your request for tenancy we must have the following:

• Application for residency completed  and signed.

• Background check authorization signed by everyone over 18 years of age who will be living in the home. 

• $40 application fee paid for each application (cash or money order with signed release).

• Copy of current driver’s license and social security card and last 2 paystubs.

• Rental rates are subject to change without notice pending full lease execution.
