Who We Are

Westgate Village Mobile Home Park was established in 1985 by the same family that runs it today!  You will often find a family member in and around the park to address any concerns or issues you may have.  No trying to find someone at a corporation located out of state to help you!

The idea behind Westgate Village is village life. We offer affordability, comfort and safety to all our tenants. We are a homeowners only park, so no investor rental units allowed. We want to provide everyone a sense of community inside the park, where you know your neighbors care for their property just as you care for your own. We are located off Hope Mills Road within the Fayetteville city limits.
